So what does this mean for you?

We firmly stand by our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime construction guarantee on all of our British made pieces. Put simply, if, heaven forbid, you have a problem with either the frame or springs of your sofa or bed, we will sort it out. Had it for 7 years, no problem, 14 years no problem; you get the picture.

So why not the cushion interiors, the fabric, or mattress?

Because these items will need replacing at some stage in the future, and just as the items in your fridge have a sell by date, so do the cushions, fabric and mattress on everyone's sofa or bed, wherever you buy it from.

If however longevity of fabric is an essential to you, chat to our sofa specialists, in a barn showroom or call us on 0808 178211, and they will point you in the direction of fabrics that are as "bullet proof" as humanly possible and which are specified as suitable for even contract use.

We offer this guarantee in addition to all your statutory rights. This guarantee is non transferable. This guarantee does not cover items used for rental or commercial purposes.
