Upholstery: Any fabric in the world.

Frame: Traditional hardwood frame.

Back: Webbed back with luxury duck feather cushions.

Seat: Zig-zag sprung seat.

Cushions: Quallofil Blue Eco fibre seat cushions with duck feather back cushions (feather wrap seat cushions also available).

Feet: Oak feet in a variety of stains and finishes. Download specifications PDF to see feet options.

Scatters: 2 x Duck feather filled scatter cushions.

Access: Built in sections for ease of access. Please enquire at your local showroom if you need to know whether your new furniture will fit.

Sizing: Handmade products may have a variation of up to 3cm.

Delivery and returns

Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £149 (see T&Cs for more detail).
Our in-house, white glove delivery service
1. Sofas & Stuff use our own in house delivery team who are highly trained professionals.
2. We offer a two-person, white-glove service who will ensure that the product is brought into the home, unwrapped, set up, and then all packaging taken away at the end. We understand the importance of a great delivery service and that is why we use our own trusted people.
Worried about your product not fitting into your home?
1. Our delivery team offer an access check service (£59) where they will attend your home to measure up and ensure your product will fit.
Booking your delivery date
1. Our delivery team will reach out in advance of delivery to organise a suitable delivery date that works for you.
2. Customers will be able to track their delivery on our tracking service on the day of delivery.

Returns

Any furniture ordered online (sofas, chairs, footstools, beds, sofa beds) is made specifically for you, as we do not hold stock. As such, the distance selling regulations do not apply to a product that is made or assembled especially for you ("made to measure").
Therefore, once we have accepted an order from you that is for a made to measure product, you do not have the right to return, though we may do so with the incurrence of a 25% restocking fee and a 75% credit note towards a new purchase. This is at our discretion. We do not offer refunds on made to measure product.

Bespoke services

As our furniture is all handmade to order, we can offer a bespoke service, where the style and colour of the feet or castors*, or the cushion interiors can be varied to suit your requirements. You can even request different dimensions to our standard sizes. And, of course, should you wish, we can upholster your chosen furniture design in any suitable fabric in the world.
